When Celebs Attack of the Day: Chris Brown went on this morning’s Good Morning America to talk about his new album. Naturally, the Rihanna incident was brought a number of times, much to Brown’s chagrin. Following the interview, things apparently took a turn for the belligerent, as Brown, still incensed by Robin Roberts’ line of questioning, threw a window-smashing tantrum, after which he bolted from the studio shirtless (see pic above).
TMZ reports that Brown took to Twitter to express his rage, tweeting: “I’m so over people bringing this past sh*t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bullsh*t.” That tweet has since been removed.

4. Sanaa McCoy Lathan
“Sanaa” means “work of art” in Swahili and she is. She is both an amazing amazing off the screen, and an amazing actress on the screen. So much so, that her performance in The Family That Preys left me confused and heartbroken because she was such a TRIFLING bitch.
She is from New York, NY, and, instead of pursuing law, when to Yale School to Drama. She started on guest spots on In the House, Family Matters, NYPD Blue, and Moesha, while still winning Best Actress from the Los Angeles NAACP Theatrical Award Committee for her performance in To Take Arms. She then worked on Negro classics like, Life, The Best Man, and The Wood.
Her breakout role was in Love & Basketball, which she won a NAACP Image Award and convinced a generation of Black youth that girls that play basketball are UBER-sexy and Maxwell’s “The Woman’s Work” is a good song to have sex to. She then helped us all fall in love with Hip-Hop all over again in Brown Sugar, helped revitalize A Raisin In The Sun on stage and on TV, set Denzel Washington the fuck up in Out of Time, and was the only human to survive in Aliens vs. Predator.
She is a picture of class, and I hope Omar Epps knows how luck HE was to have her… on and off camera.

When all is said and done..
You have to let go of being a victim and accept your part and what you’ve done. You have to know that people will only do to you what you allow them to. That under no circumstances can you change someone. You are going to fall, have heartache, and pain but that’s life you cant have a testimony without a test.
